ALLIGATOR SHEARS MODEL R-26HD

The R-26 HD is the largest of our faily of shears. Weighing approximately 6500 lbs. with an 8" OD cylinder, there is little this animal cannot cut. Providing over 300 tons of cutting force, heavy bar stock, channel, large pipe and pieces of rail car are no problem. Standard with a hydraulic hold down and safety cage, processing heavy steel becomes light work.

The R-26 Alligator Shears are specifically designed to make short work of extrusions, radiators and catalytic converters. They provide long blade length for a big bite without forcing you to pay for a lot of extra tonnage, horse power, and pumps commonly found in most long-bladed machines. WHY PAY FOR EXTRA TONNAGE WHEN CUTTING SOFT MATERIALS LIKE ALUMINUM EXTRUSION OR RADIATORS? These units provide high production of non-ferrous material at a reasonable price. Operating with safety in mind, stepping on the foot pedal activates the cut and releasing the foot pedal opens the shear for safety.

The R-14 Alligator Shear makes an exceptional cleaning shear with heavy tonnage. This model has short blades for precision work and the force needed to cut tough materials such as brass, nickel and stainless steel. With safety in mind, every shear is designed to cut when stepping on the foot pedal and opening up when the foot pedal is released. The R-14 has standard hydraulic and electrical components on every shear so that parts and service can be obtained anywhere in the world. Down time is not a concern!

The R-10 Alligator Shear is the smallest in the MA-TECH USA shear line. This unit was designed for small cleaning work where trimming of small pieces is the objective. The R-10 is a durable shear with a simple hydraulic design and standard off-the-shelf components; therefore, down time is never a concern with an R-10 shear. This unit comes with a simple blade adjustment feature making it quick and easy to keep the blade clearance true. Every R-10 shear is operated by a foot pedal. Stepping on the pedal activates the shear to cut and releasing the pedal opens the shear to a safe position.

DOWNSTROKE BALERS MODEL # RB120
|
The RB-120 downstroke baler is matched by no other. This unit weighs approx. 12,000 lbs. The frame is built to with stand the heaviest of forces. The RB-120 comes with a ten (10") bore cylinder. This allows the platen to deliver a full 235,000 lbs. of force. The frame work is manufactured from 6" x 6" square tubing. The RB-120 is designed for all nonferrous materials. With cylinders larger than industry standards, operating at 3000 PSI, and having one of the heaviest frames, this machine produces a heavier bale than the average downstroke baler.
With a chain bale discharge, extracting the bale from the chamber is done with ease. Each bale comes with five wire ties, so losing a bale will never happen. An optional feed conveyor mounted in the back of the unit allows for operator convenience. Conveyor dimensions vary with application. The operator can feed from the front, rear, or both. An extra large door opening allows faster feed and thus higher production levels.

A heavy duty cable stripper for use on cable from 3⁄8” to 6” diameter. Ruggedly built and performance tested.
Requires no skilled labor. Only two (2) adjustments for complete operating range. Easily handles lead, armor, PVC, jelly-filled, and spiral wrap coated cable. Safe to operate with an emergency stop bar included. Motor, belts and chain drive completely housed in base. Cable can be fed off spools or in single pieces.
The finest alloy steel cutters heat treated to 58 R.C. are easily removed for sharpening or replacing and are fully protected against damage and injury to employees. This model will handle up to 2 tons per hour of heavy power or telephone cable.
